How It Works

From first introduction to signed contract — a transparent process designed to protect your interests and build lasting partnerships.

1. Introduction & Discovery

We connect based on your sector needs. You tell me what you're looking for — products, volumes, quality standards, timeline. I share relevant contacts and factory options from my network.

2. Factory Verification & Samples

Before any commitment, we verify factories through on-site visits, quality audits, and sample orders. I facilitate communication and ensure your requirements are clearly understood by Chinese partners.

3. Quotation & Negotiation

Once you've identified the right supplier, I help negotiate terms — pricing, MOQ, payment terms, shipping, and quality guarantees. All communication is transparent and you have direct access to the supplier.

4. Contracting (EU or HK Law)

For serious deals, contracts can be structured through Hong Kong — giving you Western-style legal protections, English-language agreements, and enforceable arbitration clauses. EU contracting is also an option for established suppliers.

5. Quality Control & Shipping

Pre-shipment inspections, quality checks against agreed standards, and logistics coordination. I can recommend trusted inspection companies and freight forwarders with EU experience.

Why Hong Kong for Contracting?

Hong Kong serves as the legal bridge between China and the West. Serious deals can be structured through Hong Kong entities, giving European businesses familiar legal frameworks and enforceable protections.

English-language contracts and legal proceedings
Common law system familiar to European businesses
International arbitration through HKIAC
No capital controls — free currency movement
Strong IP protection and enforcement
Double taxation treaties with most EU countries

Direct EU Contracting

For established Chinese suppliers with existing EU presence, export experience, and proper certifications (CE, ISO, etc.), direct contracting under EU law is also possible. This works best when the supplier has a European office or authorized distributor already in place.
